Life In 3D

“Life In 3D” is a session pale ale from Docker Brew Co of Folkestone in Kent.

Not known as a chatterbox, but Ninette really opened up when asked for his views on “Life in 3D”. This is what he had to say over a couple of drinks in the Drunken Hunt.

Reality was giving me a hard time and to be frank, Merrimen, I am still not really sure what happened. I was certainly drinking “Life in 3D” as it was the one good memory I have of the evening. Let me set the scene and you can decide what you believe. I found myself in “The Looking Glass” casino, a gambling house with a dubious reputation. Here is where I start to doubt the memories. Brother Duncan, devout follower of Morodin was at the dice table. Gambling is certainly against his beliefs. The fact he was using loaded dice was worse. “We are raising charitable funds for the needy. We are doing good work in Moradins name. He would indeed approve.” Brother Duncan normally plays with such a straight bat.

Very soon the loaded dice caused suspicion at the table and we had to make swift exit to the private rooms at the rear. This is where the second strangest event of the night happened. We found a room that looked like a private pool, but was in fact a portal to another dimension, from which a mindflayer appeared. We then entered into a negotiation over assistance overthrowing the corrupt city council in return for control of the city in the councils absence. How could we agree to replacing a political evil with a mind controlling parasite!

Exceptionally nice beer. Light and drinkable. Bring me another!
