Spitfire Amber Ale

I remember my last glass of Spitfire as if it was yesterday. The Baron had got a little ahead of himself when we engaged a handful of orcs on a narrow mountain ledge. After diving straight in with no regard for his own safety, he was overwhelmed, battered and unconscious.

Fortunately we were riding a mechanical crab that was able to drive back the orcs and scoop the Baron up with its pincers. Lifted high, the Baron was within reach of the cleric in the party, Brother Duncan who revived our ailing companion. Thank Moradin that Brother Duncan is more proficient as a healer, than a fighter.

The orcs left behind a campfire which was a welcome reward for our efforts. It was Spitfires all round as we took a long and well deserved rest.
