Spratwaffler comes from Time and Tide Brewing in Deal, Kent.

First impressions - Very much like Urban Goose. Super cloudy, but light and fruity IPA.

Meremin recounted:

After delivery of the herd of giant goat, we collected our fees, dealt with a local sect who had been desecrating shrines and headed south once more. A fierce, unnatural lightening storm raged all around us. It was centred on a small tavern. As we approached a grim scene was revealed with the local villagers pinned to the outer walls. The heavy doors were bolted. The small windows along the hall allowed us to movement within so we kept low, searching for a way in. The kitchen doors were unlocked at the rear and we slipped quietly in. Lightfinger cracked open the door to the main hall of the tavern, dived behind the bar and surveyed the room. Just over his shoulder I spied rows of … bottles of Spratwaffler. Everything was going to be OK.
